Christine started her working life with the Inland Revenue (now HMRC). And she spent more than 12 years with them, before moving to a large firm of private sector accountants in Cumbria. Christine has worked at Robinson Udale for almost 20 years and enjoys the range of daily contact our firm offers. Solving tax issues and understanding the ever-changing area of personal taxation, PAYE, and Auto Enrolment pensions, Christine has a broad experience of taxation and its many variables.
Christine has lived in Cumbria most of her life. She was born in Sedbergh where her family still live and farm and where she visits on a weekly basis to help with the day-to-day tasks. Today, though, she lives in the beautiful Eden Valley with her husband, son, and a cat. Besides her work with us, Christine serves on the village hall committee. Also, she was a governor of the local primary school for 12 years and spent 4 years as its chair.
